What Raises Concern

These are the things we look for when we research a brand — the ingredients, materials, and practices that immediately raise a flag. Not every brand is disqualified by one concern, but full transparency is always required.
Undisclosed fragrance blends
“Fragrance” or “parfum” on a label can mask hundreds of synthetic chemicals. We look for fully disclosed ingredient lists — every single component.
PFAS and non-stick coatings
Forever chemicals that accumulate in the body and environment. Found in cookware, food packaging, activewear, and more. No exceptions on this one.
Microplastic-shedding materials
Synthetic fabrics, plastic utensils, and synthetic sponges that shed micro and nano-plastics — now found crossing the blood-brain barrier.
Hormone-disrupting compounds
Parabens, phthalates, BPA, certain synthetic preservatives — chemicals that interfere with the body’s endocrine system when absorbed daily.
Misleading “clean” marketing
Brands that use wellness language without the substance behind it. Greenwashing, clean-washing, and vague certifications without independent verification.
Poor material transparency
Brands that cannot or will not disclose where their ingredients come from, how they’re processed, or who manufactured their products.

Submit your brand application through the form on this page. Tell us what you make, why you align, and whether you have an affiliate programme. Takes five minutes.
We Research
The Shake team independently investigates your brand against our four pillars — People, Animals, Gaia, and Frequency. This is real research, not a checkbox exercise. We’ll be in touch within 7 days.
Agreement
Once aligned, we send your evergreen brand agreement. Review it, sign it digitally, and choose your placement tier. Your agreement auto-renews monthly — 30 days notice to exit.
Go Live
Your placement goes live on the 1st of the following calendar month. Sprout brands go live immediately. Paid tier placements are confirmed once your first payment processes.

Evergreen agreements
No expiry date. Your agreement rolls month to month automatically — you’re in the Shake ecosystem for as long as you remain aligned and continue your plan.
Calendar month billing
All placements begin and renew on the 1st of each calendar month. Clean, predictable, easy to manage — no pro-rated confusion.
30-day exit notice
Either party can exit the agreement with 30 days written notice. No lock-in beyond 30 days. We’d rather earn your continued partnership than hold you to it.
