How long does it take to hear back from you?
Honestly? It depends on whether we’re in the middle of a deep research session, the school run, or convincing the dog that his dinner isn’t late. But we genuinely read every message and aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Brand applications may take up to 7 days — we actually investigate rather than just reply.
I found a brand I love. How do I suggest it to Shake?
We love this question. Tick “Brand suggestion” in the form above and tell us the brand name and website — that’s all we need. We investigate every suggestion. We can’t feature every brand, but we research them all. If it aligns with our four pillars, it earns its place on Shake.
I’m a brand. What happens after I contact you?
We’ll acknowledge your message, then begin our independent alignment review — which involves researching your ingredients, materials, sourcing, production practices, and what you choose not to disclose. If you pass our four pillars (People, Animals, Gaia, Frequency), we’ll be back in touch within 7 days to discuss placement options. Alignment before commerce — always.
Can brands pay to be featured without going through alignment?
No. Not ever. This is the one thing we will never compromise on. Payment doesn’t buy alignment — it follows from it. Every brand on Shake has been independently researched. The moment we let that slide, Shake stops being Shake. So — no. But if your brand genuinely aligns, the process is straightforward and we’d love to have you.
